	Premier Title, Inc., located in the historic downtown district of Leavenworth, Kansas, provides full title insurance and escrow services to Leavenworth and Atchison counties and provides limited services to Wyandotte, Douglas and Jefferson counties (insurance only, no escrow services). Premier Title operates in multiple counties. This allows the customer access to a one-stop shopping location where most, if not all, of their title needs can be met. Premier Title also offers multiple closing locations for customers. This gives a choice in location that will accommodate your particular geography. Additionally, our current expansion plans will allow for even more closing locations in the near future. Premier Title also offers "after hours" closings and services. If needed, we can cater to those who work far away or cannot easily leave their job place for one reason or another.
