CHRISTOPHER TUCKER, PRESIDENT

 
  Christopher Tucker was born in Augsburg, Germany and spent most of his childhood relocating around the world as the son of a military Army officer. His father's career ultimately brought him to Leavenworth, Kansas where he completed high school in 1993. At that time, Christopher settled in Leavenworth to continue his education. Christopher received an Associate of Arts Degree in 1995 from Kansas City Kansas Community College and later earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Saint Mary College (University of Saint Mary) in 1997.

In October 1993, Christopher enlisted with the United States Marine Corps and attended Boot Camp in San Diego, California. Upon completion of his initial training, he was assigned to the 24th Marine Regiment, Kansas City, where he served for 6 years and attained the rank of Sergeant.

In December 1999, then Sergeant Tucker was selected to attend Officers Candidate School in Quantico, Virginia where he graduated with honors and was commissioned as a Second Lieutenant in the United States Marine Corps Reserve. Upon completion of his initial officer training periods, he was assigned to Headquarters Company, 24th Marine Regiment in Kansas City, where he served as the Company Executive Officer.

In May 2001, Christopher returned to Leavenworth, Kansas as the Assistant Vice President of a local Real Estate Title Insurance Company. In October 2003, Christopher formed and opened a title insurance agency of his own…Premier Title, Inc.

On June 1, 2004, Christopher was deployed to Iraq in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom II. He returned to the United States in April of 2005 and has since resumed operations at Premier Title. Captain Tucker currently continues to serve with the U.S. Marine Corps Reserve as the Executive Officer of Echo Company, 2nd Battalion, 24th Marine Regiment, in Des Moines, Iowa.

Chris has been, and is involved with a number of local organizations to include the Fort Leavenworth Main Post Chapel, Westside Family Church, Leavenworth Soccer Association, Leavenworth/Lansing Area Chamber of Commerce, Kansas City Community Chorus, and the Association of the United States Army.

Christopher's personal interests include soccer, musical performance, and outdoor recreation. He has one sister, Tracey, who is currently an educator in Las Vegas, Nevada. His parents, Major General Terry and Patricia Tucker, continue to serve in the US Army and currently reside at Fort Knox, Kentucky.
